By using the Site, submitting information through our Google Form / WhatsApp, submitting a listing request, or subscribing to our services, you agree to both the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy outlined below.

Terms of Service
 

1. Listing Service

We provide a platform for businesses, freelancers, shops, and service providers to promote their services through listings on our website.

Listings may be organized by category, location, or other classifications determined by the Site.

Current subscription pricing:

  • First month: RM1
  • Following months: RM10/month

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion.

 

2. Listing Visibility

Submitted listings may become publicly visible after review and approval.

Listings may appear in random order where multiple similar services exist within the same category or area.

Our listings are for reference purposes only and are not exhaustive. Users should contact the respective business directly for the latest information, pricing, availability, and details.

 

3. Advertisers and Listing Owners Responsibility

Advertisers and listing owners are fully responsible for all submitted content, including:

  • text
  • images
  • links
  • contact information
  • business details


Advertisers and listing owners must ensure submitted information is accurate, lawful, updated, and does not contain sensitive, offensive, illegal, misleading, or inappropriate content.

Advertisers and listing owners should promptly inform us regarding any updates or changes to their listing information.

 

4. Verification & Due Diligence

We may perform limited verification on certain submitted information such as contact details. However, we do not independently verify the accuracy, legality, quality, availability, authenticity, or claims made by businesses, advertisers, or service providers listed on the Site.

Users should conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any business, advertiser, or service provider listed on the Site.

Listings and advertisements on the Site do not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by the Site.

 

5. Marketing & Content Usage

By submitting any text, images, logos, media, or other content to us, you grant us permission to:

  • publish
  • display
  • reproduce
  • resize
  • edit for formatting
  • use submitted content for listing, promotional, advertising, social media, and marketing purposes related to the Site

Advertisers confirm they have the necessary rights and permissions for all submitted content. Advertisers agree to indemnify the Site against any third-party copyright or trademark infringement claims arising from their submitted content.

 

6. Processing Time

We aim to process new listings, updates, or requested changes within approximately 48 hours.

Processing time may vary depending on weekends, holidays, workload, or technical circumstances.

 

7. Third-Party Platforms & External Links

Certain buttons, links, or contact methods on the Site may redirect users to third-party platforms such as:

  • WhatsApp
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • external websites
  • social media platforms

When users click these links or chat buttons, they will leave the Site and interact directly with third-party services.

We are not responsible for third-party platforms, content, conversations, transactions, services, availability, security, or privacy practices.

 

8. Acceptable Use & Scraping Restrictions

You must not use any automated means, including scripts, robots, scrapers, or web crawlers, to access, extract, index, or duplicate any data, listings, or content from the Site for any purposes without our express written permission.

 

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, listing accuracy, completeness of listings, business results, performance, enquiries, sales, or error-free operation.

We are not a party to any transaction, communication, or agreement between users and advertisers. We are not responsible for any loss, scam, fraud, dispute, or issue arising from such interactions.

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from use of the Site, reliance on listings or advertisements, interactions between users and businesses, third-party platforms, inaccurate or outdated information, or technical interruptions.

Users and advertisers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Site, its owners, and operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from submitted content, listings, advertisements, or use of the Site.

 

10. Subscription & Refunds

Subscription fees are payable via bank transfer.

Users may choose between:

  • Monthly subscription: RM10 per month
  • Yearly subscription: RM100 per year

Payment must be made in advance to activate or maintain a listing.

Listings may be suspended or removed if payment is not received before the next renewal period. It is the advertiser’s responsibility to ensure timely payment to maintain listing visibility.

Subscription fees paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

 

11. Termination & Changes

We reserve the right to reject, suspend, edit, or remove listings or content at our sole discretion without prior notice.

We may update these Terms and Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

 

Privacy Policy
 

1. Information Collection

We collect information in the following ways:

(A) Information provided by advertisers (listing owners)

When advertisers submit a listing request, we may collect, including but not limited to:

  • name
  • identification details (e.g. NRIC/passport, where provided)
  • business registration details (e.g. SSM number)
  • business information
  • phone number
  • email address
  • submitted images and content

Identification and business registration details are collected for verification purposes only and are not displayed publicly.

(B) Information collected automatically

When users visit or interact with the Site, certain information may be automatically collected by third-party services, including:

  • IP address

  • device information
  • usage and interaction data
  • cookies and similar tracking technologies

Data may be stored and processed using third-party services such as Google.
 

2. Use of Information

  • perform limited verification of selected information
