Purpose: Remaps [Home] and [End] keys to navigate directly to the beginning or end of a line

Get Home & End Remapper up and running on your Mac in just a few simple steps:

Download and Install: Open the downloaded .dmg file and drag Home & End Remapper into your Applications folder.
Launch the App: Open Home & End Remapper directly from your Applications folder or Launchpad.
Grant Permissions: When prompted, grant the required macOS Accessibility permissions to enable global key remapping.
Restart the App: Quit the app from the top menu bar and relaunch it to activate keyboard remapping.
Done: You’re ready to go. You can also enable Open at Login from the top menu bar.

No Personal Data Collected: Home & End Remapper is a completely free application and does not collect personal data inside the app itself. There are no user accounts to create, and no email addresses or billing details are required, stored, or accessed.
Local Operation and Configurations: The core app operates entirely locally on your Mac. Your configuration choices (such as key mapping toggles and your Launch at Login preference) are written strictly to your device's local standard storage (UserDefaults) and are never uploaded to any external servers.
Permissions: Home & End Remapper requires macOS Accessibility permissions purely to execute its core functionality (intercepting global [Home] and [End] keypresses and translating them to line navigation shortcuts). Keystroke interception happens instantly on-device and is never logged, stored, or transmitted.
No Network Communication: Home & End Remapper runs completely offline. The application does not connect to the internet, does not phone home, and does not perform any network validation checks.
Third-Party Services: We do not use third-party advertising, usage analytics, or behavior tracking services within the application.
Changes to Policy: This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect future local software adjustments or optimization workflows.
